Coroplast Signs (Screen Printed)
Description
These signs can take a beating! Printed both sides and come complete with “H” frames. With 4mm coroplast signage, your customers can create custom yard signs to meet all of their promotional, directional, and political needs (and beyond). Printed on rigid corrugated plastic, they are versatile enough to be placed indoors and durable enough with UV-cured inks and waterproof durability to be staked outdoors.

- All jobs are for shipping only. Due to the large size and heavy nature of this product we will ship to you via Freight shipping. All shipping charges will be agreed upon before proceeding to print. Once we have your artwork, we will send you the total for shipping to the location of your choice with your final artwork proof. Once we have received payment for the shipping AND proof approval we will then proceed to production.
Turnaround times:
- We have an 11am deadline Monday through Friday.
- Customer must approve a final artwork that will be sent to them via email once we have prepared the file for print.
- The turnaround time begins after proof approval.
- After proof approval we have a 10-12 business day turnaround

- Fireball’s art department can create your art and email a proof for your approval. There is a $75 charge. Customer supplied art must be in proportion to the size of the product ordered. Please note all products have a 3/8″ white border around the perimeter of the sign – factor this into your design when preparing art. Include all elements of the sign including disclaimers, logos, etc. Art which must be reformatted may incur a $75 charge.
File Setup
- Accepted File Formats: JPEG or PDF (single page only) for Raster Images
- Vector Artwork Preferred with all fonts converted to paths
- 18” Tall x 24” Wide
- 1 Color, 2 Color 3 Color of 4 Color Process
- Resolution: to size @ 150dpi for raster images (More than enough for large format)
- Do not include crop marks or bleeds
- TINTS (SCREENS), GRADUATED TONAL VALUES: Utilizing a percentage screen or tint of a color is not recommended, but if required by the customer, the tint may (or may not) be treated as a separate color and incur an upcharge. Fireball Press cannot guarantee the even intensity and consistency of the tonal value. These tints are printed at the customer’s risk. Consult with Customer Service Representative before proceeding with your order.
